Seeking.com: A Digital Underbelly Exposed – Unethical Practices and Allegations of Prostitution

 By Dennis Shipman

Wilmington, DE – June 25, 2025 – Behind the veneer of "mutually beneficial relationships," Seeking.com, a platform wholly owned by Reflex Media, Inc., headquartered at 3250 Pepper Ln., Las Vegas, NV 89120 and founded by Brandon Wade, stands accused of highly questionable business practices and, more alarmingly, has been referred to federal, state and local authorities for allegedly operating as a digital clearinghouse for prostitution. My recent experience, beginning with an unauthorized debit and culminating in a wall of corporate silence, offers a stark look into the company's operational ethics.

The Unauthorized Charge: A Breach of Trust

Despite my explicit written instruction sent on June 1, 2025, to support@seeking.com, clearly stating my desire not to renew my subscription and specifically forbidding any debits from my Bank of America checking account, Seeking.com proceeded to charge $109.99 on Sunday, June 22, 2025. This unauthorized transaction is not merely an oversight; it represents a fundamental breach of trust and a blatant disregard for a user's expressed wishes.

Following this illicit debit, I initiated no fewer than a dozen emails to Seeking.com's support, demanding an immediate reversal of the charge, permanent closure of my account, and the complete and verifiable purging of all my biographical, demographic, and financial data from their servers. The response from Seeking.com? Deafening silence. Even attempts to escalate the matter directly to Reflex Media's founder, Brandon Wade, have been met with an astonishing lack of accountability. This pattern of unresponsiveness suggests a deliberate corporate strategy to ignore consumer grievances, leaving individuals without recourse.

Beyond the Debit: Allegations of Facilitating Prostitution

Perhaps more disturbing than the financial impropriety is the evolving nature of Seeking.com itself. From my direct experience, the platform has, regrettably, devolved into a blatant repository and forum for prostitution. This isn't an isolated observation but a consistent pattern of encounters where individuals on the site were openly seeking monetary compensation for sexual services. This grave accusation suggests that Seeking.com may be, whether actively or passively, facilitating illegal activities, raising serious questions about its compliance with state and federal laws. It is my firm belief that this aspect of Seeking.com's operations warrants formal criminal investigation by appropriate state and federal authorities.

Mounting Pressure and Formal Complaints

Seeking.com's alleged unethical conduct is not going unnoticed. I have already lodged formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which has assigned the company a damning "F" rating, indicating a significant volume of unresolved customer complaints. Concurrently, a consumer complaint has been filed with the Nevada Attorney General's office, further spotlighting the company's dubious practices in its home state.

The clock is ticking for Seeking.com. Without immediate resolution—meaning a full refund of the unauthorized $109.99, permanent account closure, and absolute data erasure—the legal and reputational repercussions will escalate significantly. This will include pursuing a formal dispute with Bank of America, publicizing my experience across major consumer review platforms like Google Business, Yelp, and PissedConsumer, and ultimately, initiating a small claims action under Delaware law. The cost of legal defense in Delaware, where civil attorneys command rates upwards of $250-$500 per hour, will far eclipse the unauthorized charge, making continued corporate stonewalling a financially untenable strategy for Reflex Media.

The time for corporate complacency and evasion is over. Seeking.com must be held accountable for its actions and the nature of the platform it actively maintains.
